We are currently experiencing very high call volumes on our telephone lines. We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and support.
We strongly recommend you use the patient portal to book a non-urgent appointment or to order a repeat prescription for your regular medications.
If you have any flu-like symptoms, please do not walk-in to the clinic. Let our reception team know if you have any symptoms at the time of booking an appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to safely offer in-person appointments for patients who have respiratory symptoms. Instead, a telephone or video consultation will be offered and your doctor/nurse will safely decide whether we can see you in clinic.
We encourage our patients and staff to wear masks at all times around the clinic. It is important to protect other patients, vulnerable whanau, and staff from other viruses.
