ENROLLED PATIENTS (NON-CSC):
$25.00 — ages 18+
$20.00 — students aged 18+ (ID required)
$12.00 — ages 14 - 17 years old
Free — ages 0 - 13 years old
ENROLLED PATIENTS (WITH CSC):
$19.00 — ages 18+
$15.00 — students aged 18+ (ID required)
Free — ages 14 - 17 years old
Free — ages 0 - 13 years old
REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS:
Please be ready with information of the pharmacy of your choice (name and location).
$12.00 — Standard Request (Ready the following day after 2pm)
$20.00 — Urgent Request (Ready on the same day if we receive the request before 2pm)
Free — ages 0-17 years old

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CONSULTATIONS:
To help us run clinics efficiently and minimise wait times, please note that standard consultation times are 15 minutes, typically suited for 1-2 issues. If you have more than 2 concerns to discuss with the doctor or nurse practitioner, we kindly ask that you book a double appointment. This allows us to allocate adequate time for each issue, ensuring a more thorough and effective consultation.
Please be aware that additional charges apply for extended consultations.

This means you could pay less on some health services and prescriptions.
You don’t have to be on a benefit to qualify for CSC
