STANDARD APPOINTMENTS

For general medical services & initial ACC consultations with Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Nurses (includes in-person or virtual consultations)

A standard appointment (15 minutes) is limited to 1-2 health concerns.

To discuss more, please book a double appointment (30 minutes), double charges may apply.

COMMUNITY SERVICES CARD (CSC):

Having a CSC can help with healthcare costs. This means you could pay less on some health services and prescriptions.

• You don’t have to be on a benefit to qualify for CSC

• You can also use CSC for healthcare services for your dependent children under 18

LATE ARRIVALS, MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

We understand that plans can change. If you no longer need your appointment, or if you cannot attend, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient who may need medical attention.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. This helps ensure you receive the time and attention you deserve while keeping the day running smoothly for all patients.

Missed Appointments: To help us manage our schedule and maintain fair access to care, a Did Not Attend (DNA) fee may apply when:

• An appointment is cancelled with less than 2 hours’ notice

• A patient does not attend their appointment (DNA)

The DNA fee is equal to the cost of the appointment booked. One warning will be provided before this fee is charged.
