To help us provide the best care for everyone, we kindly ask that each standard appointment be limited to 1-2 health concerns. Standard appointments are 15 minutes long and designed for up to two concerns. If you need to discuss more, please book a double appointment, additional fees may apply.

COMMUNITY SERVICES CARD (CSC):
Having a CSC can help with healthcare costs. This means you could pay less on some health services and prescriptions.
You don’t have to be on a benefit to qualify for CSC
You can also use CSC for healthcare services for your dependent children under 18

EXTENDED / LONGER APPOINTMENTS:
30 minutes long
Suitable if you have extra requests eg. complex care consults, test result discussions or test requests, clinical specialist referrals, clinical report discussions, legal or medical certificates. (additional charges may apply)
MISSED / DID NOT ATTEND (DNA) APPOINTMENTS:
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you cannot make your appointment, please attempt to get in touch with the clinic to advise us. Your missed appointment time can be utilised to care for other patients needing medical attention.

A friendly reminder is sent after the first missed visit. Repeated missed appointments may incur additional fees
